Lead HVAC Installer Kitsap County

Bainbridge Heating and Air, LLC is hiring for a full-time Lead HVAC Installer to lead our Bainbridge Island, WA team. This vital installation position works a Monday to Friday; 7:30 am to 4:00 pm schedule and earns $25 – 28 an hour, depending on skills and experience, plus bonuses and spiffs. We also supply a company service vehicle and uniforms. Additionally, we provide excellent benefits including paid holidays at your start date, one hour paid sick time for every 40 hours worked, paid medical and dental insurance at 60 days, as well as a 401(k) with match and 40 hours paid vacation after one year!

LEAD HVAC INSTALLER QUALIFICATIONS

Family-owned HVAC company seeking a Helper for Lead Installer to start tomorrow.

The candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs + without difficulty
  • Able to stand, lift, bend, squat, crawl without difficulty daily
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Must be able to follow instructions from Lead Installer, Manager, and Owner
  • Must be on time and have reliable transportation

 

The following experience is recommended for success in this position:

  • Any mechanical experience
  • Any electrical experience
  • Any sheet metal cutting experience
  • Any hand tool operation experience

 

The position starts at $20 an hour. This will increase with applicable experience.

Service Tech

We are looking for a qualified HVAC Technician to add to our team. Two years’ experience required.

  • Job Type: Full-time (40 hours) with occasional (non-mandatory) overtime
  • Salary: $28.00 to $31.00 /hour (DOE)
  • Work Location: Kitsap County
  • Shift: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Heat Pump & Air Conditioning Systems

Qualifications/Skills:

  • EPA Certification/Electrical License
  • O6A Certification preferred
  • 2+ years of HVAC experience
  • Must have tools appropriate for the industry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Washington Driver’s License
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
